Our Philosophy- We here at Superior Diamond Tool have a goal, and our goal is, “To provide the best product for
the best price.”... That’s it. It doesn’t matter if you’re a large company or a one man show.
Our goal-is not just to
provide quality tools, and excellent service, but it’s to make sure that you’re getting the best price. Take a look at
our site. You’ll see we’ve really got our prices down.
We guarantee- in many cases, we’re less than half the price of
our competitors! In fact, if you find that we’re not the best deal in town, let us know. We might just send you the
product for free! (Or maybe just a big discount)
Samples- We believe in the power of samples. Nothing gives us
more pleasure, then for a potential customer to test our products. So give us a call and we’ll work something out.
Chances are, a sample will be given if the customer pays for shipping.
Selling- Superior Diamond Tool accepts 3 of
the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover. If you wish to pay by check that’s fine. We do wait for checks to
clear prior to shipping.
Payment & Collection-In special circumstances, we can offer payment terms and will ask
you for at least two credit references. These would be for current, open accounts that you have. Based on that and
other collected information, "terms" would or would not be granted. Should an account be placed in a Collection or
Legal Service for late or non-payment (generally 30 days past-due), the customer incurs all fees associated with
said service(s).
Shipping & Shipping Charges- At Superior Diamond Tool, we try our best to keep the costs of
shipping to a minimum. That’s why we don’t have shipping charges like our competitors. Shipping prices are based
on the actual weight of each order. All Shipping methods are calculated via ground shipping. Deliveries will either be
made by UPS, USPS or by
Superior Diamond Tool. We ship most orders the same day if they’re received before 12:
00 noon CST.
Returns & Refunds- Superior Diamond Tool will refund the entire purchase price for any UNUSED
item. No questions asked. To return an unused item, please ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt. We
will then credit you back using the same method of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for all
shipping fees unless the mistake was on our part. We will not refund USED items. However, we do value our
customers and we want our customers to be happy with our products. If you have a complaint with one of our items,
please let us know. We will consider switching the item for a new one, store credit, discount, or a refund on a per
item bases.
Privacy Statement- At no time will Superior Diamond Tool sell, distribute, accidentally email any
information we collect as a result of doing business with you. This includes e-mail address, mailing address, and
buying history. We only reserve the right to contact you regarding an order placed. If you do not wish to receive the
mail catalog or e-mailed newsletter, please call or e-mail us and we will remove you from our lists. We do not store or
record any sensitive personal information including your address or credit card number on this web site.

Negotiations-
Generally, our philosophy has been “to provide the best product for the best price.” As you’ll notice
on our site, our prices are cheap. Really cheap. However, we also have starving mouths at home to feed. Our motto
has also been “We would rather make one dollar than none.” Therefore, we welcome the opportunity to negotiate on
any of the items we sell. In addition, if there is an item that we do not carry and you would like us to save you a ton
